Jozef Chen

Jozef Chen is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu phenom who began his martial arts journey at the age of 14.

His formative years as a practitioner weren’t spent at a world-renowned gym but rather under coaches who fostered an environment conducive to rapid improvement.

Much of his incredible growth was due to an unconventional approach. He would meticulously study instructional videos, focus on techniques that applied well to his game, and then practice them with various training partners.

By 2022, Chen had already caught the attention of the grappling world. His breakthrough moment came in 2023 at the ADCC European Trials, where he showcased his prowess by defeating a lineup of top-tier competitors in a single day. His impressive performance solidified his reputation as a rising star in BJJ.

In 2024, seeking new challenges and opportunities to test his skills against top-tier competition, Chen made the leap to ONE Championship.

Joining the promotion known for its elite submission grapplers, he aims to further elevate his career and establish himself among the best in the sport.
