In her first bout since a traumatic car accident, ONE Women’s Atomweight World Champion Angela Lee successfully defended her belt against longtime rival Mei Yamaguchi at ONE: UNSTOPPABLE DREAMS in Singapore. Just like their first matchup, this bout went the distance, though Lee nearly scored a finish with an armbar and rear-naked choke attempt. Yamaguchi also had her moments, knocking Lee down in the championship rounds with and well-timed combinations. But in the end, “Unstoppable” had done enough to secure the victory.
