BJJ World Champion Alex Silva squared off against famed Japanese grappler Yoshitaka Naito at ONE: WARRIORS OF THE WORLD in Bangkok. In a thrilling contest, “Little Rock” showcased his evolved striking game, putting on a masterclass showcasing low kicks in particular. Yoshitaka Naito was unable to mount any significant offense as Alex Silva kept pushing the pace and even secured takedowns in the later rounds. Alex Silva was awarded a well-deserved unanimous decision, claiming the prestigious ONE Strawweight World Championship in the process.
