The Inner Circle On April 3 Results: Kaotaem Slices Through Xavier Gonzalez With Elbows To Claim Victory
Kaotaem Fairtex turned in a masterclass in elbow striking over three rounds to claim a unanimous decision win against Xavier Gonzalez in their flyweight Muay Thai main event at The Inner Circle on Friday, April 3, at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
The 21-year-old fought off the back foot from the opening bell as the aggressive Spaniard marched forward hunting for a big right hand. But every time Gonzalez advanced, the Thai had an answer, slicing elbows through the guard with surgical precision.
A jutting left elbow careened off Gonzalez’s jaw and sent him to the canvas for an eight count. He beat it, but the young gun kept smashing elbows through his guard each time he pressed forward, refusing to let the 24-year-old settle.

Gonzalez came out swinging in the second, blasting looping left and right punches that landed with real force. Kaotaem stayed disciplined, using his teep to maintain distance and launching elbows into his opponent’s face whenever Gonzalez closed the gap. The accumulated damage began to tell on the Spaniard as the round wore on.
The third was an elbow war fought at close range, neither man willing to take a step back. Gonzalez tried to change the equation by whipping body shots into Kaotaem’s ribcage, but the Thai met every attack with more elbows, matching his opponent’s relentless pace until the final bell.
With that, Kaotaem scored his 37th victory and made it four victories in succession on the global stage.
