Suablack And Johan Estupinan To Collide In Flyweight Muay Thai Action At ONE Fight Night 37
A thrilling flyweight Muay Thai showdown between knockout artists Suablack Tor Pran49 and Johan “Panda Kick” Estupinan has been confirmed for ONE Fight Night 37: Kryklia vs. Agdeve on Prime Video.
The bout airs live in U.S. primetime from Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday, November 7, and features two of the division’s most exciting strikers looking to make statements in the talent-rich 135-pound bracket.
Suablack burst onto the ONE Championship scene with four consecutive knockout victories against Thanungern FA Group, Lenny Blasi, Shinji Suzuki, and Craig Coakley on the ONE Friday Fights platform.
That explosive start earned him a coveted US$100,000 contract and established the NP Suablack representative as one of the most dangerous finishers.
The 29-year-old Thai striker extended his winning streak to six in a row before hitting a rough patch. However, Suablack has since bounced back in style with a pair of impressive victories.
He defeated Sangarthit Looksaikongdin this past July, then followed that performance with a unanimous decision triumph over Seksan “The Man Who Yields To No One” Or Kwanmuang at ONE Friday Fights 126 last month.
The Thai slugger combines lightning-quick combinations, flashy moves, and finishing instinct, creating highlight-reel moments that keep fans on the edges of their seats.
He’ll look to use his all-action style to earn his 63rd victory when he collides with Estupinan, who is hungry to bounce back to the winner’s circle in this flyweight Muay Thai battle after suffering the first defeat of his career.
The 23-year-old Colombian opened his account in the world’s largest martial arts organization with a stunning 27-second knockout of Kouta Omori at ONE Friday Fights 64 in May 2024.
Estupinan continued his perfect start with three more victories, including highlight-reel finishes over Sean Climaco at ONE 168: Denver and Zakaria El Jamari at ONE Fight Night 25.
After a dream start in 2024, he kept his momentum going against teenage knockout machine Johan “Jojo” Ghazali at ONE 170 in January, moving his record to a perfect 27-0.
However, the JCFernandez and Team CSK athlete’s undefeated run came to an end when Japanese striker Taiki “Silent Sniper” Naito eked out a majority decision victory at ONE Fight Night 32 in June.
Now, “Panda Kick,” who represents Colombia in ONE alongside his twin brother Jordan Estupinan, aims to prove that defeat was merely a learning experience as he continues climbing the flyweight Muay Thai division.
His aggressive style and willingness to engage in firefights have made him a fan favorite, and those same qualities should guarantee an entertaining clash against the equally explosive Thai striker.
