ONE Friday Fights 154 Main Event Result: Samingdam Bests Yodphupa In Three-Round Barnburner
Samingdam NF Looksuan closed the show in style as he overcame Yodphupa Petkiatpet in the main event of ONE Friday Fights 154, live in Asia primetime, from Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium on Friday, May 15.
Their bantamweight Muay Thai matchup wrapped up an explosive night of The Inner Circle and ONE Friday Fights, setting the tone for ONE Fight Night 43: Tang vs Gasanov on Prime Video, which arrives hours later in U.S. primetime.
Both Thai stars traded heavy leather immediately, firing kicks, punches, and elbows almost simultaneously during a furious opening round. But it was Samingdam who created the first breakthrough, cracking Yodphupa with a powerful one-two combination.

As Yodphupa attempted to wrestle momentum back in the second round, the 23-year-old NF Looksuan athlete picked up right where he left off. He blasted his opponent with a crushing right cross for an eight-count.
Although the Petkiatpet representative quickly regained his footing and turned up the aggression, Samingdam responded with slick footwork, sharp head movement, and timely counters to evade danger. He stayed in control until the final seconds of the frame.

Yodphupa perceived a need for immediate action as the third round kicked off, and he eventually trapped his dance partner along the ropes with heavy punches. But the NF Looksuan product absorbed the pressure well before firing back with clean shots of his own.
As the pace intensified late, Yodphupa desperately tried to flip the script, but Samingdam’s perfectly timed push kick to the face repeatedly halted the momentum.
Samingdam earned the unanimous decision nod after the three-round war, taking his resume to 48-9 while extending his ONE Friday Fights win streak to six in succession.
