ONE Friday Fights 140 Results: Sonrak’s Dynamite Left Flattens Buakhiao In Thrilling Co-Main Event Clash
Sonrak Fairtex returned to the winner’s column in highlight-reel fashion against Buakhiao Por Paoin in their bantamweight Muay Thai battle on January 30 at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Fairtex Training Center representative floored his rival twice to secure the finish in the second frame of their Asia primetime battle, which served as the co-main event of ONE Friday Fights 140.

Sonrak neutralized Buakhiao’s height advantage from the onset, closing the distance and stunning the 24-year-old from N&P Boxing Gym with crisp punches.
The taller Thai fighter couldn’t find his range against the shorter, more aggressive Sonrak, who played it smart and tagged him repeatedly with right hooks and straight lefts throughout the opening frame.
The second round showcased Sonrak’s elite counter-striking as he evaded attacks and exploded into southpaw combinations.
After landing a left kick, the 28-year-old Myanmarese slugger threw a laser-sharp straight left that froze Buakhiao in his tracks.
He followed with another left straight that sent him crashing to the canvas. Though Buakhiao rose to his feet, Sonrak wasted no time and fired another crisp straight that ended the contest emphatically.
As a result, the fighting pride of Fairtex bumped his record to 71-24 and proved his pedigree remains intact with a clinical performance that left no doubt about the outcome.
