‘I Am More Relentless’ – Yodlekpet Or Atchariya Ready To Bring Famous Fighting Style To ONE Friday Fights 2

Four-time Muay Thai World Champion Yodlekpet Or. Pitisak

After watching ONE Championship’s incredible first event at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium last week, four-time Muay Thai World Champion Yodlekpet Or Atchariya can’t wait to step into the iconic venue for his battle this Friday, January 27.

“The Destroyer” will headline the international Muay Thai and MMA portion of ONE Friday Fights 2, as he is scheduled to face highly respected Romanian-Spanish striker Silviu Vitez in a 140-pound catchweight affair.

The decorated Thai star knows he has a lot to live up to.

However, if there’s a man who can be relied upon to deliver the same kind of intensity that people saw at last week’s inaugural show, it’s Yodlekpet – and he’s ready to pull out all the stops to entertain the global fan base when he competes at the world-famous arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

The 28-year-old said:

“I have an urge to fight after seeing the ONE Friday Fights event last week.

“I’m fully prepared. I’ve worked hard for months. I’m full of determination because this is my debut fight in ONE Championship. And I promise I will definitely make the fans and Mr. Chatri [Sityodtong, ONE Chairman and CEO] impressed by me.”

This may be Yodlekpet’s promotional debut, but he is no stranger to facing elite-level competition.

“The Destroyer” is a four-time Muay Thai World Champion who has fought the best of the best on the Bangkok stadium circuit, and now he is ready to showcase his exciting style to a worldwide audience.

Those who have already witnessed Yodlekpet in action will know what to expect, and when the fresh eyes see what he is capable of inside the ring, he’ll surely attract even more devotees because of his fearlessness in combat.

He said:

“In my career, I have fought against many elite Muay Thai fighters in Thailand such as Sangmanee PK.Saenchai, Seksan Or. Kwanmuang, and Rodtang Jitmuangnon. It excites me to be a part of the ONE Friday Fights’ lineup this Friday.

“I’m glad that fans want to watch me since I’ve been following ONE Championship for a long time. These fights are attractive and addictive broadcasts that are live worldwide, which build a large scale of followers.”

Yodlekpet Or Atchariya Expects To Overwhelm Silviu Vitez

With a nickname like “The Destroyer,” it’s not hard to imagine what Yodlekpet Or Atchariya brings to the table, and his relentless offense will be extra potent under the ONE Championship banner.

Wearing 4-ounce gloves for the first time, the heavy-handed Thai slugger thinks he will be right at home and even more dangerous when he squares off against Silviu Vitez.

Yodlekpet explained:

“This is the first time I will be fighting with 4-ounce gloves, but I had the chance to wear a pair during my training. These kind of gloves suit my aggressive style. I can punch harder and have a chance to finish [my opponent] faster. I think this goes well with my style.”

However, he’s not expecting to breeze past the Romanian striker. Yodlekpet has a lot of respect for Vitez’s weapons, but there isn’t much he hasn’t seen in the ring against his country’s best Muay Thai practitioners.

If Vitez wants to stand toe-to-toe, “The Punch Destroyer” will happily oblige and see who breaks first.

He said:

“For my opponent, Silviu Vitez, I studied him quite a bit from his videos. He has deadly punches, leg kicks, and reverse elbows. I can’t underestimate him, but I’m sure I am more relentless than him in the ring.”
