Full Card Revealed For ONE Friday Fights 53 On February 23

Jaosuayai Sor Dechapan Petsukumvit Boi Bangna ONE Friday Fights 46 58

ONE Friday Fights 53 promises to deliver another blistering lineup of action on February 23.

With 10 Muay Thai battles bolstered by support from the MMA and kickboxing ranks, the event at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok is packed with exciting matchups.

At the top of the bill, decorated Thai strikers Petsukumvit Boi Bangna and Kongsuk Fairtex will duke it out in a crucial flyweight Muay Thai tilt.

Two-time Rajadamnern Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Petsukumvit got off to a roaring start in ONE, posting three straight wins, but he has since hit a two-fight skid with consecutive losses to Jaosuayai Sor Dechapan.

Likewise, two-time Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Kongsuk also started well with a pair of victories, but he has since dropped two competitive decisions.

The pair have shown their elite skills to win some of the most prestigious belts in “the art of eight limbs,” but this is a must-win contest if they want to work toward gold in ONE.

Before that, Mongkolkaew Sor Sommai and Denkriangkrai Singha Mawynn will each come out with a point to prove in their 130-pound catchweight matchup.

The Thai sensations have tasted victory in ONE Friday Fights and know they can change their lives with solid performances, but with their backs against the wall following defeats, they’ll both be ready to leave everything inside the ring.

The Bangkok crowd will also be treated to an international kickboxing clash between Iran’s Majid Karimi and China’s Huo Xiaolong at strawweight.

Karimi is looking to build off a stunning debut knockout that snapped Teeyai PK Saenchai’s unbeaten 4-0 run in ONE, while Huo is aiming to put his 2-2 slate back in the black.

In the MMA ranks, Mongolian-Russian teammates Chayan Oorzhak and Nachyn Sat will take on Afhghanistan’s Babar Ali at flyweight and Azerbaijan’s Tural Askarov at featherweight, respectively.
