Full Card Revealed For ONE Friday Fights 169 On September 4
This Friday, September 4, the world’s largest martial arts organization takes over the iconic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, with a martial arts card that will deliver from top to bottom live in Asia primetime.
ONE Friday Fights 169 features nine bouts across Muay Thai, kickboxing, and MMA, with all athletes chasing the US$100,000 contract and a spot on ONE Championship’s main roster.
In the main event, Petmuangsri Torfunfarm looks to extend his winning ways when he meets Scotland’s Gregor Thom in a flyweight Muay Thai showdown.
The 23-year-old Petmuangsri, who represents the TDed99 gym, enters this bout riding a two-fight winning streak, having outpointed Chankrit Manop Gym before edging past Diogo “La Pantera” Miguel Silva by split decision at ONE Friday Fights 156.
Thom, meanwhile, has made his mark on the weekly series in emphatic fashion. Each of the Aberdeen Combat Centre standout’s two wins in the weekly series has come by knockout, including a highlight-reel finish of Donking Yotharakmuaythai at ONE Friday Fights 142. The 26-year-old will look to add another statement finish to his resume as he continues flying the flag for Scotland at Lumpinee.
In the co-main event, veteran Khunponnoi Sor Sommai puts his own winning streak on the line against Sunvo Torfunfarm in another flyweight Muay Thai clash.
The 33-year-old Khunponnoi has been one of the weekly series’ most reliable performers, and he arrives on the back of two straight wins, a unanimous decision over Thom and a knockout of Ye Yint Naung at ONE Friday Fights 153, that have pushed his ONE record to 10-3.
Standing across from him, Sunvo returns to Lumpinee for just his third appearance since his promotional debut back in 2023. The 23-year-old will look to capitalize on his recent success — a knockout win against Khundet PK Saenchai at ONE Friday Fights 161.
