Brandon Vera And Wife Announce Birth Of Their Son, Atreyu
There is a little more love in the Vera household now.
On Sunday, 26 July, ONE Heavyweight World Champion Brandon “The Truth” Vera and his wife, Jessica, welcomed their baby son, Atreyu Timothy Vera, into the world.
The couple was originally expecting Jessica to give birth on her due date of 5 August, but as the Filipino-American mixed martial artist details in his Instagram post, plans quickly changed.
“We were finishing up a game of Mobile Legends, and then ‘Nenja’ (his wife’s nickname) got up and said, ‘I have to pee,’” Brandon details.
“Then, boom! Water is leaking, we go to the ER – laughing and joking the whole way. We get there and the awesome nurses start doing their thing and tell us, ‘Okay, we’re gonna admit you now.’”
Fortunately, the entire procedure went as smoothly as possible.
