Airing live in U.S. primetime, the card delivered a jaw-dropping highlight-reel finish and some career-defining performances. Also, several athletes made massive divisional statements when the lights shined the brightest.
Luke “The Chef” Lessei had all the right ingredients for his main event clash, as he sliced through “The Eagle” Mohamed Younes Rabah with patience and a calculated attack.
Working behind his jab and targeting the body and legs with ruthless consistency, the American standout controlled the pace throughout the three-round battle.
In the end, he earned a unanimous decision victory and proved he has the skills to compete with the top strikers in the featherweight Muay Thai division.
The co-main event produced its own fireworks, as Suablack Tor Pran49 turned his flyweight Muay Thai debut into an instant highlight.
After being knocked down in the opening stanza, he answered back by dropping Stephen “El Matador” Irvine with a cross in the second round and then finishing him with a devastating left elbow to claim the knockout victory. That also netted him a US$50,000 performance bonus.
