Antonia Prifti

Former K-1 Women’s Flyweight Champion Antonia “The Panther” Prifti has established herself as one of Greece’s most accomplished kickboxers, combining technical precision, sharp combinations, and exceptional composure in the ring.

Born in Athens, Greece, Prifti discovered martial arts at 12 years old when she began training at Fight Club Galatsi under coach Ioannis Theofanous. Despite her quiet personality, she quickly impressed her mentor with her discipline, determination, and willingness to learn.

The youngster rarely missed a training session, and her natural talent soon became evident in competition. Prifti enjoyed a remarkable start to her fighting journey, going unbeaten across her first 41 bouts, including 35 amateur victories. Along the way, she developed the skills and confidence needed to pursue a professional career.

Her loyalty to Theofanous remained a constant throughout her rise. Representing Fight Club Galatsi and Theofanous Elite Team, Prifti continued refining her technical approach, using calculated pressure, excellent distance management, and well-timed combinations to overcome increasingly accomplished opposition.

The Greek striker eventually found success on the international circuit, collecting several titles along the way. Her biggest breakthrough came in December 2023, when she defeated Japanese star Kana Morimoto by unanimous decision to capture the K-1 Women’s Flyweight Championship. She also earned a notable victory over Dutch standout Tessa De Kom.

Prifti further expanded her martial arts experience by competing under Muay Thai and mixed martial arts rules, demonstrating the versatility that has become another valuable part of her fighting identity. Her professional MMA appearances included two impressive stoppage victories.

Those accomplishments paved the way for ONE Championship, where Prifti earned an opportunity to test herself against the world’s most elite strikers.

She enjoyed a successful promotional debut in September 2026, defeating Belgium’s Ameline Gerson by unanimous decision in a strawweight kickboxing bout at ONE Friday Fights 171 in Bangkok, Thailand.

With her longtime coach still guiding her journey, Prifti continues pursuing greater success on ONE Championship’s global stage, determined to turn years of dedication into the ultimate achievement of winning a ONE World Title.
