“The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition” brings together the hit reality competition show and Asia’s largest global sports platform.

Candidates from around the world compete in high-stakes challenges designed to test both their physical and mental limits, with the winner receiving a US$250,000 one-year job offer to work directly under ONE Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong as his protege in Singapore.

Season 1 of “The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition” premiered in March 2021 to critical acclaim, winning awards for Best Non-Scripted Entertainment and Best Adaptation of an Existing Format at the Asian Academy Creative Awards 2021.


Chatri Sityodtong is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of ONE Championship, a top 10 global sports property by viewership and engagement metrics with a broadcast to over 150 countries around the world.

Chatri is a self-made entrepreneur whose rags-to-riches life story has inspired millions around the world. He was selected as one of Asia’s next-generation tycoons by Forbes, named “Asia’s King of Martial Arts” by The Financial Times, and called “Asia’s Second-Most Powerful Person In Sports” by FOX Sports.

Also, Chatri is a lifelong martial artist who has experience as a student, fighter, teacher, and coach. He is a certified senior Muay Thai instructor under the legendary Kru Yodtong Senanan of the world-renowned Sityodtong Gym in Thailand, a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Master Renzo Gracie, and a member of the Black Belt Magazine Hall of Fame.


As the ultimate business competition, this show is focused on a variety of real-world problems, business models, and industries to test IQ, EQ, strategic thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, character, and more.

In addition, with ONE Championship being a sports property, we are looking for individuals who embrace health and fitness as part of their lifestyle. Other requirements include:

  • English fluency
  • 25 to 45 years old
  • Driven, competitive, adventurous, and ambitious
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment or owning a business
  • Please note that martial arts experience is neither expected nor required
  • Able to commit 8 full weeks to filming in 2023 (dates TBD)
  • Have a valid passport with more than 6 months before expiry
