Vitor Belfort Gets Ringside Seat For AEW’s ‘Double Or Nothing’

ONE Championship star Vitor Belfort works out

Vitor “The Phenom” Belfort crossed over into the pro wrestling arena on Saturday, 23 May.

The mixed martial arts legend attended All Elite Wrestling’s Double Or Nothing pay-per-view extravaganza in Jacksonville, Florida.

Although AEW held the live event behind closed doors, the ONE Championship superstar was invited to watch the wrestling showcase and meet several of the organization’s top performers — including Brodie Lee, who challenged AEW World Champion Jon Moxley for the title.

“The Phenom” was blown away by the explosive action he witnessed at ringside, as well as the special guest appearance made by multiple-time Heavyweight Boxing World Champion “Iron” Mike Tyson.

In fact, the Brazilian was so enthralled by the show, he even tagged AEW President and CEO Tony Khan in an Instagram post.

“This is for real,” he wrote in a caption. “This is insane! What athletes! Tony Khan, put me in!”

Belfort is currently under contract with ONE Championship, but perhaps there is a chance fans could see the mixed martial arts legend step into the squared circle one day.
