Alain Ngalani Shows Why He’s A Rare Breed Of Heavyweight

Hong Kong resident Alain Ngalani walks around the Circle in anticipation of his bout with Mauro Cerilli

Anybody who’s watched Alain “The Panther” Ngalani compete in the Circle knows all about his otherwordly athleticism.

The four-time kickboxing and Muay Thai World Champion is incredibly strong, but his freakish athletic talents go beyond brute strength. Ngalani also possesses impressive agility and balance for a heavyweight – which he uses to deliver ridiculous spinning kicks on the global stage.

So, how does he do it?

In his latest Instagram video, the Impakt Academy owner gives fans a taste of his workout to improve glute strength and stability while showing off his impressive balance in the process.

In his caption, Ngalani tells his followers to try this exercise and “feel the burn,” but let’s be real – just standing on one leg and kicking for this long would be extremely difficult for most people, let alone a heavyweight.

Regardless, it’s clear “The Panther” has stayed in peak physical condition during the COVID-19 pandemic as he prepares for a return to The Home Of Martial Arts in 2020.
