Hiroaki “Kaibutsukun” Suzuki picked up his second victory in the world’s largest martial arts organization with a late stoppage over Mohammed “Jordan Boy” Bin Mahmoud at ONE: HERO’S ASCENT in January.

The bout went back and forth, but the Japanese athlete’s superior conditioning meant he had the energy to turn up the heat and get the stoppage with just seven seconds left in the final round.

Suzuki forced Mohammed to the fence and unloaded with punishing combinations. “Jordan Boy’s” heart kept him on his feet, but he could not fend off his rival’s persistent attacks.

Finally, “Kaibutsukun” launched a straight left that rocked the Malaysian, and a final salvo of hooks sealed the deal.

That win by the Shoot Boxing Lightweight World Champion earned him a ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title shot against Nong-O Gaiyanghadao in Thailand.

Petchdam Petchyindee Academy has hit three straight victories in ONE Super Series, and he has ended each contest with a spectacular knockout.

The last time Petchdam competed in front of his countrymen in Bangkok, he delivered an 86-second finish over Kenny “The Pitbull” Tse courtesy of his trademark left roundhouse kick.

The Petchyindee Academy representative fired warning shots with his signature technique from the opening bell, but Tse continued to press forward, and as he stepped in with a jab, Petchdam timed a left high kick that skidded over Tse’s glove and connected with the top of his head.

“Pitbull’s” knees buckled from the strike, and Petchdam finished the job with a left knee and left elbow as his rival fell to the canvas.

The 20-year-old phenom’s brilliance on the global stage for martial arts has earned him a ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Title bout against Elias “The Sniper” Mahmoudi on 10 May.

Pongsiri “The Smiling Assassin” Mitsatit entered mixed martial arts with a wealth of Muay Thai experience behind him, and he showcased his powerful striking against Myanmar’s Ye Thway Ne at ONE: KINGDOM OF CHAMPIONS.

It was Mitsatit’s debut in The Home Of Martial Arts, but he looked comfortable under the lights as he peppered his rival with kicks until he quickly switched gears and landed a takedown.

Ye Thway Ne held on to his opponent’s head to try to stem the flow of ground and pound, but as soon as “The Smiling Assassin” freed himself, he unleashed a relentless barrage of knees.

Nine powerful right knees smashed their way through the Myanmar athlete’s defenses and Mitsatit won the match via TKO at the 2:24 mark of the first round.

The 22-year-old will aim to return to the winner’s circle when he meets Robin “The Ilonggo” Catalan inside the Impact Arena.

Australian powerhouse Adrian “The Hunter” Pang picked up his most spectacular victory on the global stage for martial arts with a punishing knockout over Malaysia’s Peter Davis at ONE: TIGERS OF ASIA.

The Brisbane native spent the opening moments of the match firmly in the center of the ONE Circle while he waited for his opportunity to strike as Davies tried to hit and move. He only needed to catch up with his rival once to bring an end to the bout.

When Davies threw a jab and tried to back out of the range, “The Hunter” landed a chopping right hand that sent him reeling. The Malaysian tried to keep Pang away, but the Integrated MMA representative charged forward with punches.

A left hook sent Davies down, and then a series of thudding blows on the ground finished the contest after just 48 seconds.

“The Hunter” will return in search of another dominant victory against Japan’s Kazuki Tokudome on the main card of ONE: WARRIORS OF LIGHT.
