This week, Team Conquest and Team Valor will continue to go head-to-head in both the physical and business challenges on the toughest version of “The Apprentice” yet.

The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition” Episode 4 airs this Thursday on AXN at 8:50 p.m. (SGT), and fans can expect the tension and drama to rise as the remaining global candidates attempt to outwork each other for the ultimate prize.

Before it all goes down, here are five reasons why you must tune in to watch Episode 4 of “The Apprentice.”

#1 Good Luck Charms

In Episode 1 and Episode 2, original Team Valor candidates Jessica Ramella and Kexin Ye were beginning to emerge as leaders, and in Episode 3, both women really showed ONE Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong that they have what it takes to earn the one-year, US$250,000 contract.

However, that development came after a shocking switch.

At the beginning of Episode 3, Chatri wanted Jessica and Kexin to change teams –  a move that seemed to help Team Conquest, which had lost the first two business challenges.

During the Episode 3 challenge, Kexin volunteered to be the Project Manager, and although Team Conquest didn’t accept her offer, she remained one of the major players. Also, when it was time to pitch, Jessica presented a stellar presentation alongside Joy Koh to win over the judges.

With Jessica and Kexin’s help, Team Conquest won their first business challenge. Will the women keep their new team’s luck alive in Episode 4?

#2 Black Sheep

Since Episode 1, Clinton Tudor has been the outcast of Team Valor. In every business challenge, he’s either holding up his team, or his teammates don’t want to work with him.

In fact, fellow Team Valor member Sho Takei told Chatri that Clinton had contributed the least during the business challenge when they were called to the chopping block in Episode 3.

Meanwhile, Team Conquest’s Eugene Chung has become a similar obstacle for his group.

Last week, for instance, Eugene complained that his team wouldn’t listen to his ideas during the business challenge, and he seemed to become more alienated from the group as the episode unfolded.

#3 Nice Guy’s Mean Side

“Super” Sage Northcutt will be this week’s guest athlete on Episode 4.

Inside the Circle, Northcutt is a ferocious striker with a decorated background in karate. But outside of competition, the American is all smiles. Just look at every video he’s done for ONE – his personality is contagious and lights up a room.

However, he’ll now be tasked with pushing the remaining global candidates in the physical challenge during Episode 4.

That means we may finally see Northcutt’s mean side.

#4 Food On The Table

This week’s guest CEO is none other than Kishin RK, the Founder and Chairman of Tiffinlabs, which is reinventing the food delivery ecosystem to create unforgettable at-home dining experiences.

Tiffinlabs also helps delivery-only restaurants form strong and unforgettable food brands while creating delectable dishes from all over the world.

Given the company’s mission – a mission Chatri himself has always been fond of – viewers could see a food-related business challenge on Episode 4 of “The Apprentice.”

#5 Emergence Of A Savvy American

So far, Monica Millington has proven she has what it takes to hang with the standout candidates.

Despite not yet leading Team Valor as Project Manager, Monica has constantly tied up loose ends for her team throughout the business challenges. And during the pitches, her presentations have won over the judges – like in Episode 2, where she helped deliver her team’s seven-day social media marketing campaign.

In addition to that, Monica has handled Clinton reasonably well, as she doesn’t let the New Zealander get under her skin like he’s done to others on Team Valor.
