Story

A Sol Kwon (19-6) is a HEAT FC Champion and one of the top champions from Korea. He is known by many as the Korean Wanderlei Silva due to his wild and aggressive striking style. Eduard Folayang (9-1) is the reigning URCC welterweight champion, a MC Superfight Champion and a Wushu gold medallist.

It will be a clash of styles with Folayang's unorthodox Wushu pitted against Kwon's more wild and aggressive striking. Kwon will be looking to finish the fight on the feet. Although Folayang loves a stand up scrap, his best chance of success is probably to use his Wushu-based wrestling skills to take the fight to the floor.

Kwon is on a six fight win streak and Folayang has won his last four. So both fighters carry a lot of momentum and confidence heading into this flight. Both warriors will be looking to steal the other man's thunder. Kwon and Folayang are regularly a mentioned as being among the top lightweight contenders and the winner can lay a legitimate claim to being one of the best 155 Ibs fighters in the region.

Story

Phil Baroni is the self styled New York Badass. He is one of the most recognizable and controversial figures in the sport. Yoshiyuki Yoshida is the Cage Force Welterweight Tournament Champion and one of the most famous fighters in Japan. Both fighters are UFC veterans and love to slug it out. Between them, they have fought some of the best fighters on the planet. Also, both men are coming off wins. So they will both be looking to revitalize their careers with a victory at ONE Fighting Championship: CHAMPION vs CHAMPION.

Baroni has fast, heavy hands and is legendary for knocking out former UFC middleweight champion Dave Menne in just over 10 seconds with an incredible burst of punches, Yoshida is a fourth dan Judo black belt and has won numerous Judo competitions in Japan. He specializes in trips and throws. The winner of this fight will revitaliza his career again while the loser will be back to the drawing board.

A fast finish has been predicted and this fight is unlikely to go the full three rounds.

Mitch Chilson is probably one of the most recognizable fighters in Singapore. He is a 2 x MC Superfight Champion who is 9-1 in pro and amateur MMA fights. Eric Kelly is the reigning URCC Featherweight champion and has a perfect record of 5-0.

Both men are unbeaten is pro MMA, meaning that at ONE Fighting Championship: CHAMPION vs CHAMPION, something will have to give. Kelly's ground game is outstanding and he has submitted every fighter he has ever faced. A technical Muay Thai striker, Chilson has dangerous strikes, but he has also been working tirelessly on all aspects of his game. He could make an enormous statement by defeating URCC Champion, Kelly.

This fight will be a battle for featherweight supremacy between two of the top 145 Ibs fighters in the region. Absolutely anything could happen, but one thing is for certain; only one man will emerge with his perfect record intact. Experts predicts a KO or submission in the late rounds.

Gregor Gracie is a highly decorated BJJ world champion from the legendary Gracie Family. He has also won Grappler's Quest four times, the Pan American championship once, the Brazilian National Championship twice, and has been Brazilian National Teams Champion.

A ROAD FC and Pancrase veteran, Seok Mo Kim is a very well-roundeed fighter with explosive speed and punching power. Gracie is a member of the Royal Family of MMA. The Gracie family invented Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and laid the foundations for the sport of mixed martial arts. Gregor is also an outstanding MMA fighter who has a 5-1 record with all his wins via submission.

Seok Mo Kim believes his stand up is superior and that he will be able to claim the knock out. Gracie's ground game is quite simply phenomenal. In a classic striker versus grappler matchup, this battle will likely end in a KO or a submission.

Eddie Ng is a Total Combat champion from Hong Kong. He is used to facing much more experienced opponents and this fight will be no exception. As the best MMA fighter to have ever emerged from Hong kong and/or China, he carries the hopes of an entire nation on his shoulders. He will be looking for an emphatic win on his first ever appearance on Asia's biggest stage.

A Sanda Champion, Yuan Chun Bo has the edge in experience in professional fighting as a veteran of numerous Sanda competitions in China. With his Sanda background, Yuan feels confident that he has the advantage in the striking department. If Ng can take the fight to the floor, his superior ground game could make the difference. Ng has a world-class ground game, routinely beating BJJ Black Belts on the mat. Many experts believe that this fight will not go the distance.
These fighters may not be the best known fighters on the card, but this matchup is possibly the most eagerly awaited of any of the contest at ONE Fighting Chamionship: CHAMPION vs CHAMPION. Rahman is Singapore's first ever professional mixed martial arts fighter and will have the support of a raucous home crowd behind him.

Story

Vuyisile Colossa is a Muay Thai world champion and one of the most exciting stand up fighters ever to make the transition to MMA. The only blemish on the MMA career of the Hong Kong-based South African was a controversial decision loss to Eduard Folayang. Many experts at ringside felt Colossa had done enough to at least get the draw.

Ma Xing Yu is a Sanda champion with world class stand up from China.

This matchup will be another classic clash of styles between two fighters who have won numerous titles between them. Colossa has impressed a lot of people in his MMA career, but Ma will be looking to prove that his Sanda is superior to the Muay Thai of his Hong Kong-based opponent. Experts believe that this fight will end in a KO.

Soo Chul Kim is a RisingOn FC Champion and is currently one of the most exciting prospects in Korea. He will be in for the toughest test of his career against BJJ world champion Leandro Issa. The Singapore-based Brazilian has an outstanding professional record of 8-2 and he has won each of his last five fights with a separate submission.

Soo is unbeaten with a perfect record. He has strong ground game and will have the advantage in the striking department. At just 19 years of age, he already has a bright future in the sport; many Korean MMA experts believe that he has what it takes to reach the top. Although Issa has spent most of his career as a featherweight, he will be dropping down to bantamweight for this contest. He is looking to establish himself as one of the best 135 Ibs fighters in the world.

This fight promises to be one of the most compettive fights of the night at ONE Fighting Championship: CHAMPION vs CHAMPION.
